Changes in Regulations, Codes, & Standards can often disrupt production plans
Saint James Lighting Company produces hand-crafted copper lighting solutions and needed a product solution to pass the new ANSI-Z21.42a-2004 Illuminating Appliance Standard. MPI employed CAD Services, material selection and 3D prototyping to produce a part to be certified at a qualification lab, The part passed, MPI commercially produced 3D printed parts, and St. James Lighting had a quick product solution without interrupting production or sales.

Resinall® Corp moves forward with two new product lines upon 3rd party verification.
Data driven capex decisions are critical in the manufacturing industry. In this case, Resinall® needed data to validate that their new products would hit performance targets. MPI was able to analyze and verify product attributes that supported investment to modify their process and create two new product lines. Prototypes to evaluate and concept-test with customers
United Plastic Molders were able to quickly evaluate the product design, verify its function, and easily preview the design to their client. Over the $500,000.00 impact to United Plastic Molders was realized via capital improvements and expanded sales. "They are doing a good job. Reactive Surfaces able to scale up eRACE coating screen protectors
